Reporting a Hazard

This walk through article demonstrates to contractors how to report a hazard on site.

Select the ‘Add Risk/Hazard Icon on the home screen of the Forsite App.

Fill out the Hazard Form

Fill in the Hazard Form with detail, this information will be sent to the Site Manager for approval

Double-check the information in the form before submitting it to the Site Manager

At the discretion of the Site Manager, the submitted Hazard Form can be uploaded to the site’s Hazard Regsiter
