Apply for a Permit

This walk through article demonstrates how new contractors can apply for a permit through the Forsite App.

Applying for a permit?

Select ‘more’ tab in the bottom right

Select ‘Site Documents’ in the top right

Select ‘Site Documents’ again

You will see all available documents for all your sites on this page.

Select ‘Permit Menu’

Select the required permit

Once you have filled in all required information, select ‘Submit Form’

Once this has been approved by the Site Manager, the completed Permit appears in the ‘Site Documents’ folder

You can now view your completed permit
