Introducing Forsite
Say goodbye to manual tracking and hello to streamlined monitoring with Forsite’s Timeline.
Keep on top of your compliance
Forsite’s contractor Timeline dashboard enhances site managers’ ability to monitor contractor activity and compliance across their portfolio, with a clear focus on safety and compliance.
The colour-coded timeline sessions serve as visual indicators of a contractor’s induction status, ensuring that your onsite safety protocols are followed consistently. Red indicates contractors onsite without a valid induction, orange represents contractors who have completed their induction but not yet checked in, and green highlights contractors who are fully inducted and have acknowledged the site’s relevant health and safety risk information.
By providing this in a concise and intuitive overview, Forsite enables site managers to quickly identify and address any compliance issues, ensuring a safe working environment across multiple sites.
Keep your contractors safe by monitoring High Risk zones.
Forsite uses sensor technology to provide site managers with visibility over their High Risk Zones, such as Plant Rooms and Roof Access points. Monitor your contractor’s throughout the building and identify who may be working in areas of high risk. Know who was in the area if an incident occurs and keep an eye on workers who may be in areas without a permit.
The Timeline and sensor event bubbles work in tandem to create a safer working environment, fostering a culture of safety and protecting the well-being of contractors onsite.

Configure your sites
One flexible solution for all your Health & Safety needs
Standard sites
Active presence detection paired with a Forsite sensor provides visibility over who’s on site, and automates Health and Safety compliance for workers arriving on-site.
A standard site setup provides site managers with greater visibility. Workers are prompted by Forsite sensors to complete any relevant Health and Safety material on the Forsite App.
Ensure your contractor’s safety and know who’s on your site at all times, wherever you are.
Need greater visibility?
Add more Forsite sensors to your sites in order to enhance your Health & Safety compliance and stay aware of where your workers are on site.

Passive sites
Passive presence detection provides visibility of users on site, allowing site managers to record site activity. Forsite detects when your workers are within the site perimeter, giving you visibility over who’s on your site at all times, wherever you are.
Passive sites use a manual system for check-in. Once a user is on-site they can open their Forsite app and check-in to complete their induction.
Automate your site
Add a Forsite sensor to your site to reduce your Health and Safety compliance gaps. Automatically prompt your workers to complete inductions and relevant safety information upon arriving on-site.

Multi-sensor sites
Active presence detection paired with multiple Forsite sensors provides you with greater visibility and automated Health and Safety compliance. Know when and where your workers are on site.
Additional Forsite sensors give site managers more visibility over where workers are within the site perimeter. Allowing you to monitor areas of increased risk for worker activity.
Workers in proximity are prompted by Forsite sensors to complete any relevant Health and Safety material on the Forsite App.
Perfect for larger sites
Utilise multiple Forsite sensors on your sites to decrease gaps in compliance and get more value out of your presence detection.

Mobile sensor sites
Active presence detection paired with a Forsite sensor provides you with greater visibility and automated Health and Safety compliance.
Provide different experiences to your workers across a range of sites by using Forsite’s mobile sensors. Workers coming and going from the site will receive mobile device prompts when the sensor they are travelling with arrives on site, turning the site active and “broadcasting”.
The presence of workers on-site is recorded regardless of sensor presence. However, Forsite will only prompt workers to complete actions when the sensor vehicle is also on-site, creating more flexible user experiences for your workforce.
Across a range of industries
Forsite’s mobile sensor setup provides clients across many industries with a flexible Health & Safety compliance solution.
Some examples of mobile sensor setups can include shipping, fishing vessels, farming and harvesting.
Need more visibility?
Pair a mobile sensor with a standard site, providing the benefits of having a mobile sensor whilst also preserving the standard Forsite experience.

Layered sites
Layering your sites allows you to provide multiple different user experiences on the same site, using two (or more) separate layers with/without sensors one on top of each other. Manage both of your site experiences through the same portal.
Control permissions for contractors and staff to access these ‘layers’, establishing differing induction material and hazard registers for each layer depending on level of access (e.g, staff, contractor, visitor).
Separate experiences, added value
An example of a layered site may be zones like school grounds where we may require two different experiences.
- Contractors who come onto site are prompted to complete any relevant health and safety material (contractor inductions, permits, etc) and acknowledge hazards.
- Give your teachers access to a tool that allows them to easily access relevant documents and materials on the go, as well as file any employee or workplace incident forms. Forsite can also be used to aid the inductoin of new teachers and employees.
