Scott Mckenzie

Director & Co-Founder

With over two decades in business and 10 years specialising in funds management and commercial real estate, Scott is a valuable member of the Forsite Board.

Honing his leadership skills in the banking sector, both in New Zealand and the UK, Scott holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Valuation and Management from Lincoln University and a Post Graduate Diploma in Management from Waikato University.

As a co- founder and Director of Forsite, he utilises his expertise in strategy, property and people to support the team. In addition, Scott is the CEO of PMG and a board member of Priority One. He is a founding board member of the Urban Taskforce in Tauranga, a principal founding Trustee for PMG Charitable Trust, and recently served as Vice-President of the BOP Property Council.

Greg Haddon

Director

Greg is a Senior Partner and Head of the Deloitte New Zealand financial services tax practice.

Dr Wayne Beilby

Director

With over 15 years’ experience in the financial services industry, Dr Wayne Beilby brings extensive management and governance experience.

Wayne holds a Doctorate in Business Administration (DBA) from Southern Cross University in New South Wales, a Bachelor of Law from the University of Otago, and a Bachelor of Arts at Victoria University. He also has a specialised Master of Business Administration (MBA) in finance and risk from Deakin University in Melbourne.

His experience includes professional appointments such as Chairman, Company Secretary, Director and Chief Executive for several companies across New Zealand and overseas, including NZX, PNGX and ASX listed companies and local government entities.

Wayne is Managing Director of Pacific Advisory Services, a company which provides governance, risk and asset management advice to its clients. He is also a Fellow and Mentor of the Australia New Zealand Institute of Insurance and Finance (ANZIIF) and a Fellow of the Institute of Management New Zealand (IMNZ).

Jason Kilgour

Director

Jason is a highly-experienced, successful and well-regarded business professional with deep expertise in sales and general management. He has extensive experience investing in and advising the Boards of some of New Zealand’s most successful, and rising, technology companies.

With more than 18 years of experience in the FMCG industry, working in sales and marketing roles with Fonterra and Goodman Fielder, Jason offers a wealth of experience to the Forsite team.

Some of his notable advisory roles include, Pushpay, Parkable and Ask Nicely.

Nathan Cheeseman

CEO

Nathan brings valuable regional and global experience, vision and leadership to the Forsite team. His years in the Fintech world as a global vice president with leading currency authority XE have given him powerful insights into how companies successfully create and implement digital transformation strategies.

A graduate of Auckland University with a Bachelor of Commerce in marketing, management and commercial law, Nathan has had a diverse career spanning the travel, telecommunications and financial services industries. He has held a wide range of roles and responsibilities with a strong emphasis on sales and marketing. He is a collaborative leader of people and teams with a very customer centric focus.

Nathan’s expertise, experience and passion will be a great asset as Forsite continues to expand in new and existing markets.

Fox Yorston

Business Analyst – Product & Innovation

Fox graduated from AUT with a degree in Creative Technologies, where he focused on brand, product, and marketing. He has a professional background in the tech and retail sectors, with roles that encompassed sales and management responsibilities.

At Forsite, Fox has been involved in significant product transformations over the past two years. His role as a Business Analyst for Product & Innovation reflects his experience in ideation and product-oriented work. His strengths lie in team collaboration, customer interaction, and the ability to adapt quickly to challenges. Fox values diverse perspectives and is always open to alternative viewpoints.

During his time with the company, Forsite has emphasised customer-centric and product-led development, aiming to bring innovative solutions to the Property Management sector. Fox’s contributions align with these objectives, as he works closely with the team to achieve the company’s goals.

Alex has extensive experience in SaaS customer success. His previous role with education technology start-up Medical Tracker saw him develop and refine his skillset to drive positive customer engagement and technology implementation.

As a Graduate from the University of Reading Alex quickly moved to apply his technical capabilities within his career. With over 5 years’ experience in several roles within the technology sector, Alex brings valuable expertise and perspective to the Forsite team.
