Company Onboarding Enhancements

Onboarding should be clear, simple, and efficient—for both you and your contractors. This update delivers a more intuitive experience with new tools that make company onboarding more structured and accessible.

  • Onboarding Statuses Now in Words – No more decoding symbols. Onboarding statuses are now displayed in clear text, improving readability and reducing confusion.
  • Search Bar Added to Companies Page – Need to find a company quickly? A new search bar allows you to locate organizations instantly.
  • Onboarding Status Filters – Managing multiple onboarding workflows? Now you can filter companies by their onboarding status, making it easier to track progress and follow up when needed.

These updates mean less friction, fewer delays, and a clearer onboarding process—so you can keep operations moving without the guesswork.

Document Management Enhancements

Keeping critical site documents organized and accessible is key to compliance and efficiency. With this update, we’ve made it even easier to find the right information when you need it.

  • New ‘Status’ Filters for Document Search – No more sifting through endless files. Now, you can filter documents by status, allowing for faster, more accurate searches.
  • Fixed Inductions Search Bug – Previously, users had to manually select a status for induction-related searches to work. That’s been resolved, making it seamless to locate induction records without extra steps.

These enhancements ensure your document management workflow is smarter, faster, and more intuitive—so you can stay focused on site safety and compliance.

Service Provider page Enhancements

Managing service provider access just got a major upgrade, giving you more control, better communication, and enhanced security.

  • Grant/Revoke Site Access with Ease – You can now manage site access permissions directly from the Service Provider details page, ensuring the right people have access when they need it.
  • Key Contact Selection – Assign a ‘Key Contact’ for each Service Provider to improve communication and accountability.
  • User Access Requests – Need to add a new user to a service provider company? Now, requests can be made directly within the platform.
  • New ‘Approve User Access’ Page – Streamline user approvals with a dedicated page to manage and review user access requests.
  • Approval Workflows for Inviting Users – Security and compliance are crucial. Now, user invitations go through an approval process, ensuring better oversight and control over who gets access to your sites.

With these improvements, service provider management is now more structured, secure, and effortless—helping you maintain compliance while keeping operations running smoothly.

Document Management
