Step 1: Report a Risk Event
From the
home screen
, tap
“Report Risk Event”
to begin.
Step 2: Enter Details
Provide key information about the risk, including:
✅ What happened
✅ Where it occurred
✅ Any supporting photos or notes
Step 3: Submit for Review
Your report will be sent to the Site Manager for review. They may contact you if more information is needed.
