Report a Risk Event

Select the ‘Add Risk/Hazard Icon on the home screen of the Forsite App.

Fill out the Risk Event Form

Fill in the Form with detail, this information will be sent to the site manager for review.

Double check the content

Double check your information before submitting it to the site managers.

Hazard Register

If your Risk Event resulted in a hazard, your site manager may add it to the site's risk register.
