It goes without saying that technology is all pervasive in the world today. It’s more reliable than it’s ever been, but at the same time it’s become more complex too.

As the capabilities of technology increase, so too do the number of moving pieces that have to fit and work together – and with expectations growing around what AI and machine learning will be able to do in future, companies are going to face increasing challenges around ensuring that the tech they employ to do business is understandable and usable by their customers.  

Even with the best technology, there are still plenty of opportunities for things to not work as they should. We understand that if customers don’t know how to use yours, they will go somewhere else. Hence, connecting technology with customer service is perhaps more important than it’s ever been.
